Job description:
Initial Support Services (ISS) - Technology is part of internal support line for Deloitte employees of the U.S. firms and India (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Delhi & Mumbai) for Technology Support. We supporttypes of calls concerning problems with applications, computer hardware, phones, mobile devices and other technology related issues. ISS - Technology differentiates itselfother Call Centers by way of its work culture which encourages delivering distinctive service, and the Rewards and Recognition programs which encourage taking initiative. ISS -Technology expects people to work with minimum supervision, think out of the box, make quick decisions, provide attention to detail and be flexible to change

The key job responsibilities include the following:

· Answering incoming calls in a call center environment and meeting the key performance indicators such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, average answer speed and call quality which includes participating in individual and group coaching sessions.
· The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
· Knowledgeable about computer virus and associated software used for diagnosis and removal
· Troubleshooting printing issues
· Proper closure and/or escalation of tickets in a timely manner in accordance with the SLA guidelines
· Stay informed of ongoing issues and changes in the environment by monitoring email and other communication methods
· Flexibility in accepting different shift timings since the ISS Technology operates 24x7x365.
· Avoiding unscheduled time offs, as this would have major impact on our business. Excessive use of taking un approved leaves fwould lead to disciplinary action

Excellent written, verbal, listening, analytical, and communications skills
Easily grasp and communicate complex ideas.
High organization skills.
Expert problem solver. Finding simple answers to complex questions or problems.
Knowledge of MS Office 2003-2007 including Outlook

Candidate should be able to troubleshoot the following
· Hardware & Software related issues of a laptops and desktops
· Operating System ( XP, Vista, W7)
· LAN And WAN
· Printers
· Black Berry , PDA, Air cards, Outlook

Educational Qualification: Graduate mandatory- Preferably Regular Degree
