Roles & Responsibilities

Provide developer support through LiveChat as well as other online communitiesdevelopers are utilizing our YI APIs.

Provide online tech support for YI API hackathons, meetups and other developer focused.

Generate qualified leads for sales team through attendance of events as well as supporting online support efforts.

Travel to events, hackathons, and meetups in India to promote YI API’s

Solicit feedbackAPI users; develop reports based on feedback

Basic Qualifications

You have experience working with developers and other technologists.  

You have some experience coding in one or more of the following languages: Java, PHP, Ruby, Python, Node.js, Objective C.

You are passionate about helping the developer community in utilizing our YI APIs.

Role Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

At least 1+ year of software development experience.

A great communicator both written and in person.

Strong vocabulary in technical areas.
