Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
• Position will provide support to the NCR IT Enterprise Services Software Engineering team and will be responsible for global application development, implementation, and tier 3 support of the Enterprise Services (ES) program; This organization partners with global and local business partners from the Worldwide Customer Services (WCS) organization to architect world class, end-to-end IT solutions spanning functional areas such as incident creation, entitlement, remote support, call management, field operations, and parts logistics
• Ensure commitment on all activities including development, implementation, and support in ES track; Ensure deliverables are produced in accordance with time, cost, and quality commitments; Assure compliance with PRP and SEI/CMM standards, such as process, methodology, and architecture; Ensure proper attendance, team productivity, and utilization Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications must be:
• Basic and logical knowledge of Java or C or any programming.
• MCA or BTech in any stream
• Ability to communicate (written and orally) in an open, candid, clear, complete and consistent manner Analytical skills required to determine causes of problems and solutions
