Qualification - Eligibility Criteria : (Mandatory)
-> Any Graduate with Computer Configuration and Networking Knowledge
-> Bachelor Degree or 3 Year Diploma
-> 2014/2013/2012 Passout

Desired Experience : 0 to 1.5 Years

Good to Have : Technical Certification like A+, Network +, Security +, CCNA, MCP, MCSP etc.

Job Description :
-> Able to operate PC based programs in a Windows environment.
-> Takes initiative to lead and supports team members in dealing with change.
-> Uses up-to-date technical knowledge, skills and experience to effectively perform jobs and contribute to the success of the department.
-> Maximizes productivity levels while providing world class Client service.
-> Displays effective problem solving skills.
-> Demonstrates effective use of soft skills - listening, probing and questioning.
-> Excellent communication skills with neutral accent
-> Flexibility to work in shifts
-> Technologist to respond to the incidents / issues reported by Clients predominantly through Voice Interaction and also through email, chat and remote support.
-> Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/request/issues are communicated effectively and receiving proper management attention.
-> Candidates will be dealing with US and UK clients of Accenture.
-> Month - on - Month bases, the shift timings will change according to the clients they are dealing with.
