Eligibility Criteria is as follows:

Job Role: Jr. Engineer Product Support

Job Description : Responsible for giving Technical and Non technical troubleshooting support.

Skills Required:

• Strong written communication skills , Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
• Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts for TSO (Technical Support Officer position is a must).
• Possess good organizational and time management skills
• Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
• Exhibit strong teamwork , Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
• Attentive listener, Ability to use common courtesies , Confident while communicating

Process:

1. HR Screening 2. Voice n Accent 3. HR Round

Students are expected to carry the following for their interviews:
 Hard copy of their CV
 Passport Size Photographs
 Photo ID Proof, PAN Card for bank formalities

Candidates without an ID proof will not be allowed for the Interview process as per security policy.
