Designation BPO Non Voice/ Voice / Semi Voice Process:

Freshers Job Requirements: 

Any graduates.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Good decision making skills 

Knowledge on Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things

Willingness to work in late night shifts

Non Voice Process Job requirements:

Any graduates

Must have International Non-Voice experience minimum 4 months to 3 years maximum.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Good decision making skills 

Knowledge on Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things

Willingness to work in late night shifts

Voice Process Job Requirements:

Any Graduates

Must have 1 to 3 year of experience in International Voice or Semi Voice Process

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good analytical skills

Extremely good in service oriented with willingness to learn new things 

Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage 

Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts
