Position : Software Trainee (Developer Position)

Educational Qualification :

UG - B.Tech/B.E. - All Branches - With the knowledge of C, OOOPs Concepts, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP and MySQL

PG - M.Tech - All Branches / MCA - With the knowledge of C, OOOPs Concepts, HTML, CSS, Java Script, PHP and MySQL

Job Description:

• Learn technologies & solutions that Bhea specializes in through a combination of self-study and classroom training.
• Develop capability to maintain, customize and install software, such as, SugarCRM, Asterisk CTI, PHP, MySQL/MSSQL databases, etc.
• Assist in testing software built by others, as well as, assist sales team in fielding technical questions during pre-sales.
• Develop proficiency in oral and written communication, and ultimately, be responsible for engaging customers directly during development and support phases of the projects.
• To observe decorum and abide by company's culture, ethics and reporting hierarchy at all times.

Terms & Conditions:

• Selected candidate will be appointed as Trainee and will be in training period is upto 6 months. The designation after training period is Software Engineer.
• Candidates should be having an aggregate of 60% throughout their academics with no history of backlogs.
• The candidate on receiving the offer letter should join immediately.
• Following documents need to submitted in original on the date of joining:
  SSLC or 10th marks card 
  Pre-University or 12th marks card 
  Graduation marks sheet (all the semesters) 
  Post Graduation marks sheet (all the semesters)
• An employment bond needs to be signed on the date of joining for Three years. Termination of the bond will lead to a compensation of Rupees One Lakh Twenty Five Thousand and twelve months gross salary paid/payable.
• Employees need to reside within 3 kms radius of the office premises and should be willing to relocate.
• First 6 Months Training Period 9K and after Training Period upto 2.40 LPA basing on the performance.

Expected Job Responsibilities:

• Meeting prospective customers and conducting detailed product demos.
• Eliciting and documenting customer requirements and performing analysis using appropriate modeling techniques.
• Applying systems engineering concepts and sound commercial thinking for preparing compelling solutions and value proposition for the customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing technical proposals and deal negotiation.
• Creating and maintaining project schedules by developing project plans, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestones completion, tracking various phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress and resolving conflicts.
• Documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.) and coordinating with the Change Control Board (CCB).
• Meeting various stakeholders of project team(s) regularly to review deliverables and deadlines.
• Ensuring the project documentation accurately reflects current status of changes and outstanding issues so that delivered solution reflects business requirements & objectives.
