( Java certification added advantage)
Should have basic networking, HTTP and trouble shooting.
Good E-mail communication as well as verbal communication skills
Should have good knowledge in technical support and trouble shooting.
Pref good knowledge would be added advantage in HTML,
Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc.
Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
