Urgent opening with FSS for Software Support Team for HARBOUR AND CENTRAL Location(MALE CANDIDATES ONLY).

Roles & Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for providing Technical Support at the client site in timely manner.
Monitoring the Bank Switches at the client site
Resolving technical issues relating to Bank Switches
Liaising with other teams for resolving technical issues at the earliest.
Flexible for rotational shifts and 6 Days working.

Desired Profile :
Ability to deal with client effectively
Good Communication Skills
Ready to work in Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
