Keyword/Skills :
-> Should have good communication skills, Customer Support
-> Should have good spoken Knowledge in English, Telugu and Hindi.
Job Details :
-> Candidates with high motivation to take up the following activities in the Help desk Support activities.
-> Receive calls from users (Telephone/Email/Verbal), register complaints, analyze nature of complaints, and follow up for closure within the SLA time and close the complaint after resolution.
-> Analyses and categorize the complaint as Low, Medium, and High severity and follow resolution path and update the Issue tracker log for the calls received.
-> Document all complaints with details of initiation date and time, resolution path adopted, escalation, and follow up particulars, and obtaining closure status
-> Preparing of weekly/monthly issue tracker and MIS report
-> Call users once the complaint is resolved, or inform the status of the complaint in case it is not feasible to immediately resolve
-> Follow up with application support team for issues not closed
-> Support user queries
-> Supporting application team in uploading and testing of data in web portal
-> Coordinating with the Client on activity for user data missing in Portal database
Job Summary :
-> Should have a fair understanding on user queries and should be capable to resolve the issue with empathic manner with good communication skills
