Experience in working on manual transmission design
Hands on experience in gear design/Synchro design/Shift system
Understanding on softwares like Kissoft,Romax
Knowledge on transmission NVH related topics
Knowledge on external shift systems,cables,GSQA
Project management skills.
Experience in 3D modelling (UG prefered),GD&T
Knowledge of technology, manufacturing knowledge and product and process knowledge for Transmission parts and new technology trends .
Knowledge on DFMEA,Transmission testing ,failure analysis tools
Knowledge on manufacturing process ,casting,forging,machining etc.
