Regular Model Management
Joint Pre delivery inspection for New Models & closure of all identified issues
Technical Reports Management
Includes capturing each & every technical report from field
Establishing the problem
joint field visits
Defective sample management
Countermeasure action preparation (TIBs / SOPs)
